    The visa application centre in Islamabad will be closed on 12 and 13 July 2018

    The Islamabad visa application centre, currently located at 14-B Sadiq Plaza, G9 Markaz, will be closed on 12 and 13 July 2018. The Islamabad visa application centre will re-open on Monday 16 July 2018 in a new location in Islamabad. Please visit our Contact Us page for the location of the new centre.

    Mandatory online pre-payment introduced in Pakistan

    All applications for a Netherlands visa made in Pakistan must book an appointment and pay the Gerry’s service fee online from the 17 November 2017.

    From the 17 November 2017 onwards all applicants for a Netherlands visa must book an appointment and pay the VFS service fee online before going to a Gerry’s visa application centre to submit their application and biometric data (fingerprints and photograph). From this date appointments to submit applications will only be accepted when the online application form and payment is complete.

    Payment will be in Euro’s and can be made online using Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card. Please ensure the chosen payment method has sufficient funds available before attempting to make an appointment and payment.

    Document Legalization service in Pakistan.

    As of 1 January 2016, the Netherlands Embassy in Islamabad will no longer legalise documents. From 1 January 2016, persons holding these documents may use them in the Netherlands provided the correct and complete local legalisation process in Pakistan has been followed.

    Introduction of appointment system at the Visa Application Centers in Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore starting 17 June 2015.

    In order to improve our service to the public, we will introduce an appointment system at our locations in Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore as from 17 June 2015. Long waiting hours will soon be history.

    Visa and legalization applicants can make an appointment online here prior to attending the Visa Application Centre. Applicants without an appointment will no longer be accommodated.
